Job description

What you need to know / be able to:
- Fluently correspond and speak Spanish;
- knowledge of the Russian language at the intermediate level is MANDATORY;
- be able to control emotions while working with different types of clients;
- be ready to learn a lot of information;
- computer literacy, ability to use mail, etc .;
- ability to work under tight deadlines and multitasking.
What will need to be done:
- Respond to incoming customer requests by phone, chat, mail;
- advise clients on goods, prices, working conditions of the company - offering a replacement, alternatives to missing goods, offering related products, assistance in placing an order and choosing the optimal payment method;
- work with client complaints, refusals and wishes, their transfer to the appropriate departments;
- study the information on the project in a timely manner to keep abreast of all changes.
