What will need to be done:
- Respond to incoming customer requests by phone, chat, mail;
- advise clients on goods, prices, services, principles of work and company promotions;
- work on customer retention: offering replacement, alternatives, missing goods, offering related products, assistance in ordering and choosing the best payment method;
- work with client complaints, refusals and wishes, their transfer to the appropriate departments;
- respond to negative customer requests so that at the end of the dialogue, the customer remains loyal;
- study the information on the project in a timely manner to keep abreast of all changes;
- WITHOUT cold calls and customer searches.
