Job description

What you need to know / be able to:

What will need to be done:

  • Respond to incoming customer requests by phone, chat, mail;
  • advise clients on goods, prices, services, principles of work and company promotions;
  • work on customer retention: offering replacement, alternatives, missing goods, offering related products, assistance in ordering and choosing the best payment method;
  • work with client complaints, refusals and wishes, their transfer to the appropriate departments;
  • respond to negative customer requests so that at the end of the dialogue, the customer remains loyal;
  • study the information on the project in a timely manner to keep abreast of all changes;
  • WITHOUT cold calls and customer searches.
