Job Description

• Ownership of the whole lifecycle for the assigned products
• In charge of structuring the portfolio for the segment under the responsibility for the assigned products and markets
• Addressing measures to close portfolio gaps and maximize the potential for growth
• Planning and executing market launch activities for residential AC portfolio in Europe
• Alignment of product strategy between Product Area and the relevant country sales organizations, bringing the customer view in and supporting the execution of the market launch process in each country
• Ownership in preparing business cases and business plans with the relevant markets in alignment with the strategy of the Product Area

Qualifications

• Preferably, Master degree in Engineering or Business Management
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Self initiator, proactive
• Preferably, min. 5 years of experience in the area of Product Management or Marketing Air Conditioning products in international context
• Strong analytical thinking and strong mindset with UX and design thinking
• Able to travel internationally (including Asia) and feel comfortable to work with foreign cultures
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English. German, Chinese is an asset
