Responsible

Assisting Project Manager including but not limited site safety and security, site progress, quality assurance and quality control

Review and approve materials, warranties, operation manual and maintenance, shop and combined drawings in accordance to the drawings and specifications.

Providing technical advice and co-ordinate with designers, contractors and suppliers to ensure buildability and work progresses on site.

Identify and inspect works done by contractors and suppliers and ensure compliance to drawings and specifications.

Measure and value work done on site any variation works for payment to contractors and suppliers.

Compile and prepare project closeout report including punch list, all document with sign offs from respective parties, lessons learnt from all parties for handing over.
