Concierge Supervisor
Job Description
- Good working knowledge of and able to handle enquiries on various social media channels.
- Experience in Call Centre and Telesales.
- Working knowledge of dental treatments – Procedure, time, cost.
- Working knowledge of dentist’s treatments – which dentists doing which procedures.
- Working knowledge of clinic locations and times.
- Specific knowledge on implants/All-on-4 (Training will be provided and assessment will be done).
- Specific knowledge of surgical procedures (surgical extractions, grafts, etc. Same, training will be provided, and assessment done).
- Must be fluent and well-spoken in English (Additional language fluency not necessary but will be an advantage).
- Must possess high customer service standards (premium customer service experience will be an advantage).
- Able to handle and supervise a small team (2 staff).
- Able to work in coordination with Operations & Marketing teams.
- Able to work shift hours (9am-6pm, 12pm-9pm).
- Ad-hoc duties as required.
