ECommerce Digital Executive
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Main objective is to ensure and manage your customers account to create growth and portfolio
- Plan, Execute, and Direct sales activities in Singapore & SEA market to achieve sales target
- Provide feedback to management from key retail and distributor customers
- Work closely with offline trade sales for ATL & BTL planning and executions
- Propose and Deliver monthly promotional campaign timely to end customers
- Continually monitors market, consumers, and competitor developments
- Provide monthly sales report to management in a timely manner
- MTD weekly reporting of eCommerce sales across various customers platforms
- Effective management of inventory stock level with ITS
Requirement:
- Degree in Marketing / Business / Management or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience with eCommerce, ideally with a marketplace
- Experience working with customers platforms (Eg. Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10, Amazon etc.)
- Comfortable with technology with a key interest in eCommerce
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Words, Excel, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshops
- Customer-oriented and eager to see through an end-to-end process to fulfillment
- Good initiator with strong time management and multi-task skill
