Human Resource Manager
Job description
To Contribute to staff development, career progression and direction of the organisation
Policy formulation and review, design, communication and implementation of policies that will assist in improving the growth of the organisation
Conduct on-going analysis of the company, monitoring and interpreting trends and metrics around employee performance and productivity levels, engagement and satisfaction, attrition and turnover etc.
Develop practices and programs that attract, retain and develop the possible talent in the marketplace and makes the company attractive through competitive pay and engaging culture
Lead the HR Team for the full spectrum of the HR function (eg. Recruitment, compensation and benefit, Employee relations, CPF Submission and payroll related matters)
Perform salary review exercise, and make salary recommendations
Performance management experience: Manage 360 peer reviews process, employee feedback and work to find solutions with performance issues
Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives and systems
Developing, analysing, and updating the company’s salary budget
Any other related duties that may be assigned from time to time
Job Requirements
Degree in Human Resource or Business or any relevant discipline.
Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience.
Candidate with Healthcare industry experience has an advantage
Proficient in MS Office and G-suite.
Proficient with Employment Act.
Experience in Carbonate HR and Frontier e-HR is an advantage.
Strong leadership, planning and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and possess strong business acumen.
Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize organizational tasks.
Strong communication skills.
