Responsibilities:

• Develop and strategize company’s business and market share in sustainable packaging solutions
• Product development and market research for sustainable packaging solutions.
• Prospect for new clients and promote by networking, webinar, cold calling, or other means of generating interest from potential clients
• Set sales targets, develop rapport with new clients and provide support that will continually improve mutual relationship.
• Grow accounts’ revenue, market share and profit goals to meet objectives.
• Develop and provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education to customers.
• Negotiate tenders and contract terms and conditions to meet both customers’ and company’s needs.
• Maintain effective teamwork with members of the Sales Team and other functional teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering/Business Management or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing or Business Development (industrial products preferred)
• Passionate about environmental sustainability are welcome to apply, even if you do not have relevant sales experience
• Possesses Singapore Class 3 Drivers’ License (preferably with your own vehicle)
• Public speaking skills. Experienced in conducting seminar/training/sales pitches for customers
• Ability to work independently and under pressure. Good team spirit, can create and improve synergy
• Ability to utilize CRM software and web application
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Passionate and driven personality who is prepared to grow with the company
