Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Application/renewal/cancellation of work passes
  • Preparation of employment letter /letter of acceptance of resignation /promotion/ confirmation etc.
  • Issue of indemnity Letter & assets form for new employee, such as laptop, hand phone, keys etc.
  • Create new employee data into master database(Payroll, MHC portal, Grab for Work)
  • Create and maintain P-file for all employees
  • Full responsibility Leave
  • Processing of claims to different government agencies (NS, child care leave, maternity/paternity leave and Skill Connect for Training grant, and other HR related grants etc.)
  • Administer training application and submission of funding
  • Any other tasks assigned by Supervisor from time to time

Job Requirements:

  • Min 1-2 year of related experience
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource or related specialization
  • Strong knowledge in Singapore employment laws and practices
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well organized and meticulous with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Times Software would be an added advantage
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin would be an added advantage (to liaise with Mandarin speaking employees and business counterparts)
