Job Responsibilities:

• To develop, evaluate, improve and maintain efficient secondary process workflow
• Ascertain the root cause of the issue, implement the solution and follow through on progress
• Liaise with customers and vendors on product specifications and requirements
• Carry out continuous improvement programs, achieving productivity improvement and cost reduction for the company
• Plan and implement a preventive maintenance program to ensure machinery and equipment are in optimal condition
• Lead production team to achieve production efficiency so as to fulfill customer requirements and achieve maximum satisfacton.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC/Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Engineering (Others), or equivalent.
• At least 2 years relevant working experience
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent
