Responsibilities:
- Act as a consultant advising on different HR disciplines to Business Managers and employees at local level
- Undertake a broad range of HR work spanning across employee lifecycle – sometimes complex and non-routine requiring background research e.g. providing legal advice
- Support managers with hiring process, contracts and on boarding new employees
- Facilitate delivery of employee development needs and drive employee career development program
- Train and/or facilitate training sessions
- Keep up-to-date with latest development in HR industry and labour legislation
- Enhance awareness and compliance with company policies/and procedures and legal requirements/ egulations
- Research and analyse employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to daily management of employees
- Assist management in conflict resolution
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- HR experience for more than 6-8 years across all key aspects of HR processes including Talent, C&B, ER/IR, budgeting, etc.
- Business understanding
- Proven experience of building & maintaining relationships
- Strong organization and communication skills
- English fluent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
