Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, any field.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or Back Office
• Has a background supporting UK clients

Job Description:

a. Handle a team of agents

b. Monitor individual and team performance c. Drive and meet account specific KPIs d. Provide feedback to agents to improve performance e. Manage retention and attrition f. Maintain knowledge of client’s business, products and/or services. g. Attend training sessions to maintain or improve the level of skills. h. Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
