Main duties and responsibilities
As an integral part of our HR team, you will get exposure to:
- Assisting the HR Manager on a daily basis
- Delivering administrative support in the team
- Being the contact person for the internal and external requests
- Being part of the well-being organization of the office
- Taking care of the filing and archiving of documents
- Over time you will take over more and more responsibilities
Requirements
- Ambitious person, who is willing and able to learn quickly
- Enthusiastic personality who is willing to change
- Open minded, hardworking and curious personality
- Formal requirements:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of training and experience in administrative support (3 years or more)
- Languages: fluently in French and English, German is a plus
- Good communication and problem solving skills, teamwork, self-initiative, independent, structured and autonomous
- Excellent analytical, verbal and written skills including high attention to detail
