Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain awareness of the culture, plans, financial position, and competition of the business units under the HR purview.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the human resources department to develop policies, programs, and solutions.
  • Recommends benefits programs to management by studying employee requirements and trends and developments in benefits offered the organization.
  • Develop and nurture partnerships through human resources to bridge the divide between management and employees.
  • Write contracts for promotions, transfers, and new hires in collaboration with department management.
  • Find ways to build morale, improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity and retention
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with legal requirements pertinent to the day-to-day management of employees; collaborate with the legal department when necessary.
  • Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary.
  • Informs employees of benefit usage by preparing and distributing benefit reports.
  • Maintains benefits staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Resolves employee questions and problems by interpreting benefit policies and procedures.
  • Supports management’s decision making by analyzing benefit options and predicting future costs.
  • Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; obtaining qualified opinions; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
  • Maintains benefits staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Achieves financial objectives by preparing the benefits and department operational budgets; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Perform other critical roles as defined by Group CPO.

Requirements:

  • Master degree in business administration or related field.
  • Strongly experience in C&B and HR field.
  • Good Speaking Thai.
  • Excellent inter-personal skills.
  • Analytical thinking and decision making
  • Good understanding of local law of employment, benefits, taxations and labor market trend
  • Leadership capabilities (potential for growth)
  • Capability to build trust and relationships
  • Capability to coach and transfer knowledge.
