Job description

1. Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations (hygiene, stationary, fixed assets, uniforms, documentation, reception, desk arrangement, office space…etc)

2. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and staff engagement arrangements.

3. Develop and implement office management strategies to increase efficiency and arrange for maintenance

4. Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.

5. Monitor and manage administrative budget

6. Support on staff onboarding arrangement (seat arrangement, parking card, stationary…etc)

7. Supervise and manage administrative staff to ensure they perform their duties efficiently.

8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.

9. Check and review the monthly use of SIM card expense

10. Track and prepare annual car insurance and prepare for any insurance claim when there is an accident

11. Track and check the renewal of legal documents (MoC, Patent…etc)

12. Process the visa renewal for expatriates

13. Work as Assistant to Vice Chairwoman-In charge of Finance to assist in document review and requests from other departments/BUs before submitting to Vice Chairwoman

14. Other related works assigned by the supervisor

 

Job requirement

- Bachelor's degree in related fields

- At least 5 years of experiences in Administration

- Demonstrate agile, challenging, flexible and adaptable personality

- Good in multi-tasking
