Customer Service - Assist in the provision of after sales service which includes attending to walk-in customers sending in their equipment for servicing, - Perform basic demonstrations or functional check of all equipment which required services, - Perform administration roles in maintaining and updating customer service data to service database system, - Process service report and invoice based on the service procedures, - Maintain and document all equipment sent in for services and segregate the equipment according to machine status, - Responsible for ensuring all floating cash, batteries and equipment provided by the company are accountable / well maintained, - Coordinate with technicians on pre and post service issues. 2. Technical Helpdesk Support - Respond to requests for technical assistance on system issue by phone, social network or electronically, - Diagnose and resolve over the phone, social network or electronically of all system related issue on the products, services and advise users on appropriate actions, - Consult with system engineering team and other resources to find solutions to unresolved technical problems. 3. Assist in back-end service operation - Conduct monthly stock count for service repair tools and spare parts, - Help to promote service marketing engineering products and services, - Perform registering and updating of service contract subscription into service database system, - Manage service maintenance contract schedule and assigning engineer to service for contracted customer. Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Requirements: - Diploma degree in electrical / Mechanical / Electronics Engineering or its equivalent, - Good knowledge of Microsoft office and computer literate, - Service oriented and have a passion for providing excellent customer service, - Patient, outgoing and cheerful, - Good verbal and written communication in both Khmer and English. - Prior experience in customer service or technical service operation will be an added advantage.
