Senior Graphic Designer

A Senior Graphic Designer is a vital position for a company’s creative presence. He/she will support the leadership of a team of creatives ensuring the accomplishment of the designs needed.
* Position Qualification: List the minimum education, formal training and experience needed to perform this position.
- Degree in Graphic Design, Communication Designer or Digital media Designer or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years as a graphic designer & video editor
- Passion for commercial art and design with a close eye for detail; - Knowledge of typography, photography, layout, video production, and printing techniques;
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio. - Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign Quark, and Illustrator.
* Special Skills: List the specialized clerical, administrative, technical, or managerial skills needed to perform this post.
- Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements;
- Proficiency with Photoshops, Adobe Illustration, After Effect;
- Having technical/conceptual drawings to support projects;
- Able to use professional camera or video app;
- Familiarity with 3D composition and special effects (Blender, Cinema 4 & Sketch-up);
- Ability to multi-task and work toward several milestones on various projects simultaneously - Excellent communication skills are required to have a solid understanding of project scope and implementation;
- Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design;
- Native Khmer and high level of English proficiency, confident enough to spot typoos and mistakes in both languages.
* Main Duties:
- Working with Chief Commercial Officer to discuss the business objectives and requirements of jobs;
- Collaborating with marketing supervisors to plan out graphic and media needs; - Interpreting business needs and developing a concept to suit promotion purpose; - Designing Artwork Master-plan;
- Designing Artwork (Print Media, Digital Media and Broadcasting Media); - Developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research;
- Estimating the time required to complete the work;
- Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts; - Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time;
- Presenting finalized ideas and concepts to management team;
- Coordinating with outside agencies, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary;
- Working under supervision & reports directly to Chief Commercial Officer;
- Keeping up-to-date knowledge on relevant company products, and perform other tasks as required by management team;
