JOB DESCRIPTION:

•  Assist Trade Marketing Supervisor to execute trade marketing initiatives to meet both brand and customer expectations
•  Design and produce Point of Sales tools to increase HA categories & brands presence, market share and improve customersatisfaction
•  Assist Trade Marketing Supervisor to develop Consumer Promotions & Sales Campaigns (Sales Plan), Trade Offers mechanisms (e.g. Set-Sale Trade Deals, Special Discount etc.), design Product Displays and Trade-offer Promotional Materials, and responsible for organizing and executing TradeEvents.
•  Coordinate with Product Management and Sales & Marketing teams to support Market executions.
•  Assist Trade Marketing Supervisor to maintain monthly Trade Marketing Calendar of activities in fiscal year, working with both Sales & Marketing and Product Management teams closely and responsible all executionworks.
•  Carry out specific Trade Marketing programs, respecting company commercial objectives, company strategies with the retailers and suppliers’ brand equities, aiming to increase sales and brand/categorypresence.
•  Work closely with the Retail, Sub-Dealer & Marketing team to ensure that trade marketing strategies are aligned with marketing objectives and sales revenuetargets
•  Assist Trade Marketing Supervisor to gather field intelligence to commercial /marketing teams, for proposing strategic planning.
•  Assist Trade Marketing Supervisor to consolidate budget, for specific Trade Marketing / Trade Offersactivities.
•  Assistfilming to create photos and videos relate assigned by supervisor
•  Plan and organize Trade and Consumers Events to boast sales and achieve company targets.
• Must be very good at English
