Credit Relationship
* Job Responsibilities :
To carry out the branch’s lending and credit functions with adherence to the Bank’s established loan and credit policies, procedures and guideline within the standard turnaround time that cover the followings :
I. Process, evaluate, prepare credit assessment paper including site visit make recommendations for approval of customers’ loan application to the Management
II. Handling loans documentation and administration. To facilitate and coordinate the loans closing and ensure all loans legal documents prepared by Head Office are properly executed and communicate to customers.
III. Credit review and credit control. To constantly review of customer loan to ensure loans is performing. Report to Management on non-performing loan. Refer to Loans & Administration Department, Head Office for credit control advice and carry out credit control measurement as per the Bank’s procedures & instruction.
- Assist & advice Branch Manager in all lending related matter and safeguard the lending compliance in according to regulatory bodies and the Bank’s internal credit policy.
- Assist in implementation of all lending and credit related policies and procedures.
- Assist in process improvement plans to enhance CA quality & submission turnaround time.
- To contribute to the Bank’s loans business through explore and pursue new markets / clientele for loan products and promote / market all types of loans.
- Achieve the given loans business target via business referral set by the Branch Manager per year.
- Provide lending & credit related guidance / training to Associate – Credit and Sales & Marketing.
- Prepare all credit related reporting of the branch for internal & external submission.
* Job Requirement :
- Degree holder with 4 years related loans & credit experience or secondary school and Diploma holder with at least 6 years related loan & credit / banking experience Banking products & service, lending & credit knowledge.
- Full spectrum of lending & credit skills including credit evaluation, credit review and credit review & supervising.
- Understanding of loans products & loan industry market knowledge.
