Functions & Responsibilities:

•  Create new communication material (Online & Offline) or implement existing ones according the Sales team and Marketing manager briefs (advertising for magazines, leaflet, visuals for website or social media, special promotion visual support etc...)
• Support Marketing team in   the definition of visual content needed.
• Support the sales team and subcontractors in taking pictures, packshots etc..
•  Prepare design files to be sent to the production supplier (printing house, photo studio other) according to production requirements   and specifications from Marketing manager.
• Negotiate production costs with suppliers for necessary printings, furniture etc.
•  In cooperation with Marketing manager, Sales team and Art director, define video content, story boarding,video shooting and edition.

Skills/Qualifications: 

•  At least 3 years of experience in related field,
•  Creative and open minded,
•  Very Good knowledge of PAO software: ADOBE PHOTOSHOP/ ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR / IN DESIGN
•  Knowledge of printing process (Offset, inkjet) and follow up
• English speaking, writing / reading
• Good knowledge on Excel, Ward, Emailing, basic mathematics
• Experience of managing individuals and team with ability to motivate staff
•  Good analytical mind.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
