Assistant Accounting manager
* Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinating with different operation teams in overseas
- Monitoring collection status of property management fees
- Providing training and monitoring subordinates Preparing budget and cashflow analysis
- Preparing financial analysis and report to management
- Assist in establishing, reviewing and improving accounting procedures and internal control system
- Support other accounting and finance operation
- Other ad-hoc assignments
- Direct report to Financial Controller and GM
* Job Qualification :
- Degree holder in finance, accounting or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in accounting field
- Well versed with MS Excel
- Experience with a combination of audit and commercial experience
preferred
- Knowledge in real estate / property management is a plus
- Independent, self-motivated, well organized, able to work under pressure and meet key deadlines
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Chinese Speaking will be an advantage
