1.) We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance professional.

•   Work with the team on projects to ensure that the product that we are delivering meets the requirements and is error-free. 
•  Follow our best practice to conduct quality assurance work using various tools.
•  Follow production release methodology to ensure a successful launch of the product. 
•  Create logs to document defects 
•  Evaluate product results according to specifications 
•  Report errors quickly and efficiently to management teams 
•  Help troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis
•  Plan and execute improvements (manual or automated) for continuous  improvement

2.) Position Requirements:

•   Experience in Quality Assurance Inspection or similar role 
•  Attention to detail 
•  Experience in project management and QA methodology 
•  Familiarity with high volume, fast-moving production environments on  critical deadlines 
•  Ability to document and troubleshoot errors 
•  Working knowledge of Quality Assurance verification tools and  process 
•  Excellent communication skills
•  Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
•  Strong organizational skills

•  Bachelor Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science
•  Understanding of Internet Security & Microsoft firewall concept
•  At least two years of relevant experience 
•  Good experience in Hardware and Software troubleshooting 
•  Good command of the English language (Speaking, Writing, and  Listening) 
• Highly responsible for accurate work completion to meet the deadline
•  Strong interpersonal communication skill, honest, teamwork
