Roles and responsibilities:

• Develop and implement optimal trade marketing/channel strategy (price, placement, and promotion) based on consumer, shopper, and channel insights, to achieve sales target & category growth and marketing share within brand guidelines
• Develop promotion strategy to drive oAake, including Return on Investment (ROI) planning for pre-promo and review for post-executed promo0on in an effort to drive continuous improvement for future programming.
•  Building Go to Market strategy to provide value for customers and achieve competitive advantage.
• Collaborate with shoppers to develop and communicate sales and execu0on channel standards (look of success) of each program.
• Work closely with marketing/sales (commercial team) to review the effectiveness of trade marketing plans and activities.
• Work with distributor team for excellent execu0on of trade marketing strategy, BTL brand  plans, and activation
• Deliver sales target while managing the budget for efficient BTL performance and continuously improve to op0mize profitability 
•  Leading the translation and execution ofthemarketingg strategy into impact reta  program, respec0ng and tracking budget and commercial target. Also  ,implementing and monitoring/improving processes to link allmarketing activites with the activites of sales  team.
• Ensure smooth new product launch and review product performance with commercial team 10. Bridging all related parties (demand& supply, commercial, opera0on) to ensure product availability, performance and brand presence in the market, while managing price stability and promo guideline with sales/marketing.

 Qualification:

•  Bachelor’s or master's degree in any subject (Business management, engineering, sciences) 
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in trade marke0ng/channel development, or similar  role, within the pharmaceu0cal or FMCG industry
•  Excellent data analysis skills and love crunching number 
• Possess good business acumen, financial projection and cost control capability
•  Time and project management skills 
• Adept personality and able to work with multiple stakeholder
