* JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Plan, execute and manage operational plans.
  • Coordinate, manage and monitor all function of various departments in the company or the group.
  • Review financial statements and data. Utilize financial ratios and analytics to improve profitability. Co-ordinate and control operational budgets. Plan effective strategies for the financial health of the company or the group.
  • Improve processes and policies in support of company or group business plan and goals.
  • Formulate and implement departmental and corporate policies and procedure to maximize output with the Management Team and HODs (Head of Department). Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.
  • Establish overall work schedules and supervise relevant functions to monitor and evaluate performance of key functions.
  • Construction & Project Development – Coordinate and monitor the work of various Profit Centers involved in design & build, develop, procurement, pricing and work-in-progress, distribution of the completed developments. Monitor performance and implement improvements.
  • Ensure quality of developments. Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity.
  • Manage maintenance of equipment and machinery. Provide technical support where necessary.
  • Communication – Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of support services such as Fleet, Warehouse, Workshop, Quality Control and Batching Plant. Facilitate coordination and communication between support functions.
  • Ensure and liaise with Sales & Marketing in managing customer support. Plan and support sales and marketing activities.
  • Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits
  • Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts
  • Liaise with top management. Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity.

* Knowledge, Skills & Experience :

  • Bachelor /      Master degree in business administration, commerce, management, industries      technology or industrial engineering.
  • At least 5 – 7 years of experience in construction and property development in managerial      level
  • Proven experience      in organizational effectiveness and operations management
  • Outstanding knowledge      of business management, coordination and information technology skills
  • Good at      negotiation, communication, critical thinking, decision making, problem      solving, planning and organizing skill.
