- Well explain to customers about all points of current repair done and invite them for next service
- Use system to find correct parts number and check parts stock availabilityPrepare quotation for both parts and service
- Conduct quality check before delivery to make sure all jobs are done properlyIssue invoice for customers after completed repairing
- Record lost sales for both parts and service availability
- Handle customers complaints based on fact
- Conduct product proposal regularly to boost parts and labor sales
- Do the follow up call to all pending product proposals and quotations and update the report to supervisor
- Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor
