  • Greet customer and help them to use/buy Toyota Quality Service and Genuine PartsMaximize customer traffic in workshop with high retention rate 
  • Well explain to customers about all points of current repair done and invite them for next service 
  • Use system to find correct parts number and check parts stock availabilityPrepare quotation for both parts and service 
  • Conduct quality check before delivery to make sure all jobs are done properlyIssue invoice for customers after completed repairing 
  • Record lost sales for both parts and service availability 
  • Handle customers complaints based on fact 
  • Conduct product proposal regularly to boost parts and labor sales 
  • Do the follow up call to all pending product proposals and quotations and update the report to supervisor 
  • Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor
