1. Key Responsibilities 

•  Responsible for overall operation of the Club by providing excellent guest services, supervision, direction and leadership of the Club 
• Oversees all clubs operations including rules, merchandise inventory, range operations, player service operations, cart fleet, and may assist with F&B operations. 
• Manage all club activities and analyze all financial performance, organize work for all staff and recommend solutions to increase productivity of the Club 
• Develop all profit and loss statements for Club and prepare required operating plan 
• Trains and guides all the team members so that they can carry out their duties efficiently and effectively at all times 
• Plans and rosters of staff accurately to ensure sufficient manpower to provide the highest level of service to the Club members 
• Cultivates and maintain close relationship with all the Club members 

•  Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality or relevant qualifications 
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experiences in managing a Club/Hotel/Service Apartment 
• Ability to think out of the box with good problem-solving skills and resourceful 
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently as well as in a team 
• Computer literacy 
• Flexible with schedule and available to work on weekend and public holiday
