1. Job Description 

•  Provide marketing, advertising and promotional strategies to expand customer base and increase sales volume-Conducting survey and research in close relation with marking and product development unit to ensure appropriate assessment and competition analysis and consultation with management for business expansion
• Ensure appropriate training and communication of new products, policies, and procedures to ensure are in compliance 
• Leading and managing all operational activities 
•  Motivation and perform all staffs to ensure their performance to meet the standard of target and quality of the working environment 
•  Participate in recruiting and evaluating the performance of subordinate's staffNetwork capable of delivering high-quality financial services nationally 
•  Interact with Internal Audit and compliance department and credit risk analysis department to assist in risk reviews and examination 
•  Coordinate with the legal consultant in order to analyze and improve current document 
• Provide leadership to staff in the department, including training, performance review, develop the job description, cross-training coordination etc., 

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA degree preferred
• Significant management experience in a software company,preferably in a vertical market environment, with a provenrecord of success
•  Sales and/or marketing experience strongly preferred.  
•  Outstanding oral and written communication and peopleskills. 
•  Best-in-class leadership skills with demonstrated successdeveloping and engaging a top-notch team. 
• Experience cultivating and managing positive and successfulclient relationships.
