1. JOB PURPOSE: 

  1. Cool calling and answering 
  2. Welcoming customers when customers enter to towers. 
  3. Provide company related information and guide customers to the relevant offices and inform to directsupervisor for any problem. 
  4. Receive and keep all document and pass it to related department. 
  5. Communication with hand over process verbal and non-verbal. 
  6. Advice for all extra services as booking car, meeting room, facilities, gym,
  7. Responding for Commercial Property Management (CPM), Re-sale & Rent / Leasing. 
  8. Other work assigned by Head of human resource and administration.
  • Fresh graduated student Knowledge / Skills / Abilities.
  • At least one-year experiences in hotel or apartment or condominium.
  • Honest, friendly and hardworking. 
  • Patience and the ability to explain thing clearly.
  • Can communication in English (Knowing Chinese is priority)
  • Working day: Mon - Sat (morning) 
  • Working hour: 8AM - 5PM
