1. Job Description 

• Plan and implement SHE policies and program 
• Advise and lead employee on various safety related topic 
• Review existing policies and procedures 
• Adhere to all the rules and regulations 
• Conduct risk assessment 
• Enforce preventive measure 
• Prepare and present report on accident, violation and determine cause 
• Oversee workplace repair, installation and any other work could harm employee safety
• Leading safety morning talk and tool box safety talk to employee 
• Conduct SHE trainings and orientation to all new employees. 
• Ensure all worksites are SHE compliant with Company policies and safety standards
• Compliance with ISO standard 
• Other task assign by supervisor 

• Education: Bachelor Degree or equivalent 
• At least 1 year work experience in Safety preferably in the construction field 
• Computer fluency in word, Excel and PowerPoint 
• Good interpersonal skills, must be able to communicate well with staff
• Excellent communicator with impressive numeracy skills to handle the financial and mathematical demands of the role
• Demonstrate innovative approaches to problem-solving and an ability to negotiate across the various levels of any construction environment 
• Strong team player, working effectively with all staff members at all levels 
• Global mindset, pro-active, analytical, problem-solving, paired with a very clear hands-on mentality
• Language: Proficient in Khmer & English; 

•  Working day: Monday to Friday in 2 weeks and Monday to Saturday other 2 weeks 
• Working hour: 8AM - 5PM
