1. Responsibilities 

• Manage on digital product profitability and growth 
• Develop value proposition for various customer segments 
• Launch of e-initiative thereby strengthening Sathapana Bank positioning in technology space 
• Prepare formulate, recommend and present committee submission 
• Monitor and review on digital product performance and recommend improvements 
• Manage and co-ordinate on report requirement of digital banking products/services for regulators,management, branches and relevant business team 
• Follow up the competitor’s activities to ensure ongoing competitive service in the market 
• Make sure all digital productivities are properly documented and maintained 
• Other tasks assigned by Head Department Design and develop training program and material onregulations related to Financial Institution and AML/CFT 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Economic, Management and other related degrees 
• At least 3 years of working experience in banking or related fields 
• Sound of knowledge in Digital Banking Service within financial institution
• Ability to do multi task and strong organization skills 
• Good Communication skill and be a team player 
• Good at English and Microsoft Office (Words, Excel and PowerPoint)
