1.Job Summary

•  Cost analysis for construction projects. 
•  Prepare related documents such as contracts, budgets, and bills of quantities forthe project. 
•  Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budgetprojections accordingly. 
•  Procure or agree on the services of contractors and/or sub-contractors who workon the construction of the project. 
•  Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labor costs. 
• Prepare final cost report for Management Team for making final decision 
•  Liaise with clients, project manager and site engineers to get the work done. 
• Prepare progress claim payment for sub-contractor work. 
•  Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project. 
• Measure and value the completed project and arrange payment. 
•  Prepare progress report for Management when required 
•  Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor

• Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying or related field 
•  Knowledge of construction 
•  Good financial and numeracy management skills 
•  Demonstrate good written and spoken in both Khmer and English? 
•  Methodical way of thinking 
•  Good time management skills 
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills 
•  Excellent problem-solving skills 
• Pay attention to details. 
•  Computer literate
