- Inspect job site on daily basis.
- Collect field survey data (X; Y; Z)
- Setting-out the designed points (X; Y) at site
- Land inspection (Level; alignment; volume....)
- To check technical work with worker or foreman
- To ensure that the project finish on time
- Supervision of workers and foreman within area
- Making Daily reports and submitting to the project manager
- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
- Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
- Overseeing building work
- Check and control finishing work quality
- Review and monitor works progress against program and to take appropriate actions..
- To do other tasks assign by manager
- 3 years’ experience in land survey.
- Can operate surveying equipment (auto level, Total station, GNSS...etc.)
- Can use computer (Ms. Office, email, Internet, AutoCAD...)
- Be able to work at provinceHard working; patient; Honesty.
- Diploma Degree Civil Engineering equivalent.
- Able work independently well organized.
- Interpersonal skill and team work preferable.
- Careful, integrity, Hardworking and High job responsibility, attention to detail and accuracy
- Able communicate effectively both verbal graphically writing English Khmer.
- Possess in reading Architectural Interior construction drawings estimating building material costs.
- Computer skills: AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, Ms.Word, Excel
- Working day: Mon - Sat (morning)
- Working hour: 8h/day
- Location: Ang Snul (20 km from Phnom Penh)
