- Inspect job site on daily basis.
- To check technical work with worker or foreman
- To ensure that the project finish on timeSupervision of workers and foreman within area
- Making Daily reports and submitting to the project manager
- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
- Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
- Overseeing building work
- Check and control finishing work quality
- Review and monitor works progress against program and to take appropriate actions..
- To do other tasks assign by manager
- Preferably Diploma Degree Building, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering equivalent.
- Min 2 of experience in site construction, preferred from road construction
- Able work independently well organized.
- Interpersonal skill and team work preferable.Careful, integrity, Hardworking and High job responsibility, attention to detail and accuracy
- Able communicate effectively both verbal graphically writing English Khmer.
- Possess in reading Architectural Interior construction drawings estimating building material costs.
- Computer skills: AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, Ms.Word, Excel
- Working day: 2 days off per month
- Working hour: 8h/day
