Role Summary:

The CSOF Junior Project Manager is responsible to secure full alignment between Sales/ComOps and Operations in order to maximize financial results. This person will be primarily in charge of Orders handling, billing and associated margin targets resulting from the specific Sales Area linked to the respective operation plan. The Project Manager is expected to build solid relations with Sales/ComOps and Customers where requested by constant telephone use, written correspondence and face to face visits along with Sales/ComOps. Network relations with the overall EMA Parts Team is key for the success of the position and availability to travel, when required, is essential.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Order fulfillment (Order Process, Shipping Plan, Warranty issue, Credit Collection)
• Management of Front Line and Delivery Processes
• Annual Sales & Gross Profit Plan and Forecast for specific assigned Area
• Support for S&OP meetings
• Import/export Compliance
• Customer Satisfaction program
• Penalties, Warranty & Legal matters
• OTP
• Contract Cost Accounting;
• Credit Collection
• Vendor Orders for buy outs, accessories
• Administration of Customer Claims
• Interface with Internal and External Production Teams

• Technical Bachelor’s degree
• Basic knowledge of centrifugal pumps and/or rotating equipment, material specifications and metallurgy
• Application Knowledge:
• Commitment on results
• Very good English communication skill, a third language is a great plus
• Experience in Project Management is a plus
• Deep knowledge of main IT application tools;
• Good proficient in MS Office packages (Excel, Access)
• Availability to travel when required Skills;
