Project Engineering Manager - Global Fabrication and Distribution Systems, you will be responsible for:

  • Being project focal point for customer and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Coordinating GF&DS product lines engineering activities to achieve overall budget, on time execution and delivery targets.
  • Being accountable for the detailed engineering integrated planning and execution to the plan.
  • Leading projects scheduled reviews that track through KPIs progress and spending/productivity by the teams as well as solving any deviation from plan.
  • Issuing and approving manpower needed to execute to the schedule and any additional scope that enters the projects.
  • Managing the Engineering cost and the resource plan as well as solving any deviation from plan.
  • Identifying, tracking and managing Risks and Opportunities during execution by mitigating (or maximizing) their impacts on project.
  • Managing Changes during execution and their impacts on project.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have Bsc or MSc. from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED).
  • Have experience in positions related to project engineering, system engineering, project management or process improvements.
  • Be customer-focused in defining quality and establishing priorities.
  • Have very good oral and written communication skills along with interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Be resilient & relentless under all circumstances; working to heavy workloads as they arise, maintaining deliverables on time.
  • Have the ability to synthesize information, identify problems, establish facts and deduce solutions.
