Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end controls agenda for the RTR process. Identify and document process risks, ensure that adequate level of mitigating controls are in place. Regularly monitor the effectiveness of control operation in line with annual control testing plan, collect and review backups and document results of control testing.
  • Prepare regular reporting to management and follow up actions.
  • Ensure that the right balance of controls is in place, identify efficiency opportunities/ suggest ways to eliminate waste
  • Act as the “go-to” person for the RTR teams for all control related matters and provide professional support during internal/ external audits.
  • Be involved in migrations/automation agenda to ensure that RTR process controls are properly considered during the change.
  • Attend on daily process performance management calls to to pick up and follow up on control gaps.
  • Provide control training to RTR teams as needed (for new joiners, for junior team members etc)

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: • University/College degree in accountancy/finance/business

  • 3-4 years (internal/external) audit and/or SOX experience OR deep shared service core process

  • High degree of accuracy at work; good analytical skills and attention to details
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good ability on prioritization, urgency and problem solving• Demonstrated capability to build and maintain good business relationships
  • Demonstrated capability to effectively support cross functional/locational teams
  • Proficiency in PC skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Prior experience in Shared Services is preferred
