MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Develop comprehensive understanding of the business processes supported by the Coupa application, as well as a strong working rapport with business users
• Serve as the main liaison between the business users and technical teams for additional implementations of Coupa
• Work with internal and external IT partners to translate requirements into technical specifications
• Triage issues, ensure issue resolution and escalate issues as needed.
• Create and facilitate the capturing of functional business requirements by gathering, analyzing and documenting the requirements in a way that can be understood by a diverse audience (technical and non-technical alike).
• Assist in user workshops to define requirements, write use and business cases, and design workflow processes.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field with 6-8 years of related experience
• Must be able to work with and effectively communicate to all levels of management and build working relationship with others outside of the Team.
• Proven problem-solving skills and strong analytical skills
• Ability to organize, disseminate information efficiently and set expectations.

OTHER SKILLS:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office products – specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Coupa experience preferred
• Process improvement training and/or experience
• Knowledge in any of the following technologies is a plus:ERP’s (E1, SAP, etc) Business Spend Management systems (Coupa, etc) PowerBI
• Must be able to work effectively as a member of a Team and in a matrix reporting environment.
• Ability to multi-task and work with cross-functional teams in a very fast- paced environment.
• Strong time management skills, prioritization abilities and “take ownership of issues and task”.
• Ability to work as a team member and contribute to the overall success of a team, as well as work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Must be self-confident, assertive and self-motivated.
