What will you do? Under the direction of the EMEA Payroll Manager the Payroll Analyst will possess the experience and desire to support the EMEA payroll process covering multiple countries in the EMEA region. You will possess the knowledge and experience to process accurate payroll, tax calculations, compliance and provide customer service to all employees in a complex multi-national company.
- Partner directly with other payroll analysts and payroll vendor/provider and Colleague Services Center (HR) to support employees
- Support investigations and analysis to determine the root cause of payroll problems and communicate effectively
- Work closely with management and accounting for payroll accounting entries, reports, and resolving discrepancies
- Participate in improvement projects related to payroll processes
How will you get here? Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a large multi-national company
- Experience in a time sensitive and fast pace environment
- EMEA Payroll experience is nice to have
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and another European language (Dutch is preferred)
- Demonstrated working knowledge of MS word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to organize and prioritize work under tight time constraints
- Experience with Workday and CloudPay preferred (Other payroll vendors accepted)
