Job Description

  • Attending customer’s inquiries by fulfilling their requirements, solve their problems, follow up their cases, and update them.
  • Provide excellent customer service for customers as per Aramex CS standards
  • Facilitate the flow of information horizontally and vertically
  • Prepare clearance Documents and handle them with brokers
  • Get updates from MTS website and post it on our system
  • Data entry for certificate on MTS application (New customs system)
  • Handle e-mail requests
  • Follow up on running shipments
  • Daily Follow up on brokers to make sure they met their KPIs
  • Send daily report to Gateway manager and concern team
  • Supports operation of help desk and serves as focal point for customer concerns

Job Requirements

  • Customer Service Experience (1-2) years
  • Bachelor degree Holder (Business Administration or Logistics/ Supply chain Major Preferably)
  • Customer-oriented
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Problem Solver
  • English Language Fluency
  • Available Vacancy in Egypt Airport
