YOUR TASKS

• You will support the PAYBACK market research team in carrying out market research studies
• You will work on the conception of studies, including the creation of study designs and questionnaires
• You organize sub-project steps and work on them independently
• You will work on the implementation of studies and learn to conduct them independently
• You code open information from standardized surveys
• You evaluate data with XLS and N'table and prepare market research results in PowerPoint
• You process and answer customer inquiries in the PAYBACK online panel

YOUR PROFILE

• You are studying economics, social sciences, psychology, statistics or a comparable course
• You have a strong interest in empirical market / social research
• Ideally, you have already gained practical experience with empirical research methods
• You are committed and work carefully and in a structured manner
• You are familiar with MS Office programs, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• You are eloquent in German and you also have a good command of English
• You are interested in marketing and loyalty programs
