Job Description / Responsibility

• Running treasury portfolio within all internal and regulatory limits.
• Managing liquidity using all Money Market products (call, term, repo, reverse repo, Swap, fixed income securities etc.)
• Lead the Treasury Team of the Company.
• Maintenance of Cash Reserve Requirement and Statutory Liquidity Ratio by ensuring compliance.
• Investment in treasury bills, treasury bonds, Bangladesh Bank bills with maintaining liquidity and earn profit.
• Look after the NBFI’s ALM desk in compliance with Bangladesh Bank’s guidelines.
• Ensuring audit compliance.
• Any others task assigned by the Management.

Additional Job Requirements

• At least 08 years and above practical experience in Financial Institutions in relevant field.
• Well conversant in regulatory requirements, NBFI rules & regulations, practice and procedures of treasury operations.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Well conversant with regulatory requirements and business practices.
• In-depth understanding of all Treasury Systems and technology platforms
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

Educational Requirements

• Master degree in any discipline from a reputed university having no Third Class/ Division/ Equivalent GPA/CGPA in the Academic records.
