Your new company Join one of Australia’s largest insurance companies dedicated to providing a first-class customer experience. Located in Melbourne, the team are now looking for customer service superstars to join them in assisting customers temporary basis with the potential to go permanent. Your new role In this position you will be responsible taking inbound calls for the lodgement and assessment of claims, liaising with customers, speaking to internal and external parties to coordinate claim resolution and maintaining concise records. This position will require you to utilise your excellent communications and rapport building skills ability to display empathy to succeed. Working full time, hours these position will require you to have 7-day availability and flexibility to work a rotating roster between 7am and 8pm. What you'll need to succeed

• Strong analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication; as well as exceptional customer service
• The capacity to efficiently manage your time and multitask
• Ability to take ownership of your work in a high-pressure environment
• Previous customer service experience in call centres, retail or hospitality advantageous

To be eligible to work from home you are required to meet the below:

• Home office with desk and chair
• Internet speed of 5Mbps download and 1Mbps upload
• Live within 1 hour commute time to Melbourne
