Your new company Seeking professional and skilled administrators to work across various highly successful companies across Melbourne, on a temporary or casual basis. Your new role If you are an organised, friendly and process driven administrator with proficiency in;

  • Answering phone calls & welcoming guests
  • Email correspondence
  • Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and booking rooms
  • Entering data into in house systems
  • General ad-hoc administration tasks
  • Customer service

What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in a similar Administrative Assistant role will lead you to success as will:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • The ability to professionally liaise with multiple stakeholder
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite including excel and various IT programs
  • Data entry and ad-hoc administration experience
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional time management
