Your new role We currently have multiple permanent opportunities available for Claims Consultants to join our claims team based in Melbourne. The primary purpose of the Claims Consultant role is to manage end to end domestic property claims, post-lodgement within an expected delivery time while exceeding customers' expectations. This is an exciting position that would suit someone who thrives in a high paced, customer focused environment and enjoys working with people. What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in a customer centred role (essential)
- Previous experience managing claims (desirable)
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and clear and professional communicator
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships
- Displays a drive for results and are outcome focused
- Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
