Your new company A large branded Fast-Moving consumer Goods business dealing primarily with hot savoury. This FMCG company is looking for a Accounts receivable officer to join their finance team of 6 on a permanent basis. Your new role

• Accurate and timely processing of promotional claims, rebates, discounts, allowance in accordance with the internal guidelines.
• Continuously monitoring of the sales approval processes
• Verify & match all customer rebates, discounts, allowance & claims
• Maintaining lines of communication for all customers claims related activities with internal and external stakeholders
• Documentation and filing of Claims source documents
• General actual claims reports for reconciliation
• Assist in daily operation of accounts payable function
• Assist in communication for all vendors finance related activities
• Assist in Accounts Payable reconciliations
• Assist in Accounts Payable processing
• Assist & participate in different finance projects

What you'll need to succeed

• Knowledge of FMCG account receivables sales and claims processing
• Knowledge of budgeting and planning processing
• Experience in reconciliation
• Excel experience and analysis systems and tools
• Strong team player
• Great at multitasking and high attention to detail
• Meeting deadlines is essential as this is a fast-paced environment
