About the Role:

As the Executive Assistant for Haynes Group, you will have a key role in providing support to our senior management team.

You will:

  • Provide confidential and efficient secretarial and administrative support to the Chief Executive and Chief Financial Officer, as well as General Manager’s as required.
  • Liaise with Sime Darby Industrial Executives and employees.
  • Manage the flow of incoming and outgoing correspondence and initiate follow up actions where necessary.
  • Diary management.
  • Coordinate Sime Darby Industrial Solutions Leadership team meetings, functions, and events.
  • Record and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate and prepare presentations, including PowerPoint.
  • Assist with annual budget report, input information and the collation of the budget folder.
  • Undertake special projects as required.
  • Provide progressive system/ reporting updates.
  • Raise purchase orders.
  • Coordinate and book travel for the Sime Darby Industrial Solutions Leadership team.
  • Support procurement processes in accordance with the Group Procurement Policy and Authorities and Group Policies and Authorities.

About You:

  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar role is desirable
  • The ability to work independently
  • Strong organisational / time management skills
  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal),influencing & relationship building skills.
