Job Accountabilities:

• Coordinate and assign engineer to conduct frequent PDCA of SAP PM system, conduct root cause analysis (RCA) with proper corrective and preventive action (CAPA)
• Propose Engineering Change Request (ECR) related plant facilities based on inspection result
• Support engineer to conduct routine review inspection procedure
• Support engineer to Plan and develop PM inspection program with most effective methods refer to International or local regulation / standard for static equipment and piping and input to the SAP system.
• Support engineer to review effectiveness of PM program by conduct frequent PDCA of SAP PM system, conduct root cause analysis (RCA) with proper corrective and preventive action (CAPA) for major/frequent equipment failure case and explore to implementing most effective inspection program
• Represent coordination meeting for maintenance activities (TAM, SD).
• Support engineer prepare and control job package for inspection activities related to spot inspection project, maintenance shutdown or turn around maintenance. Including interface with vendor and CNP

Qualifications:

• Minimum Strata 1 majoring engineering or material engineering or equals with excellent grade
• At least 8 years working experience at chemical, petrochemical or oil and gas as static equipment and inspection engineer or static reliability engineer.
• Knowledge in equipment failure root cause analysis CAPA, safety standard, API, NACE, ASME standard related to static equipment inspection and repairman
