Phnom Penh · January 2020 - Present • Assist in execution of the Human Resources and Administration of the company.
• Prepare the computation of employee's salary, worker's wages, employee's claim, overtime in accordance to statutory requirements and company policy.
• To ensure payroll, wages and staff claims are paid accurately and in a timely manner.
• To monitor employee attendance, maintain the leave records and compile relevant reports.
• Assist the process of staff recruitment which includes recruitment advertising, interview arrangement and on-boarding.
• Responsible to prepare HR related letters inclusive of appointment letter, confirmation, increment, promotion, termination, and etc.
• Assist in resolving employee disciplinary issues. Perform investigation, feedback and recommendation on cases escalated by managers/employees. Prepare show cause letter and warning letter.
• Filing confidential documents, employee's record in hard copy and soft copy in cloud storage (one drive)
