o Analysis market action plan and strategy
o Lead a meeting with internal team to collect information from competitor, find location to do event, think about objective with clearly target of customer, do event proposal.
o Planning, Executing and improving of event campaign and activation
o Book location, singers, TV for living, stage, sound system, design stage, and artwork.
o Work and follow up POSM team to print banner, change screen billboard and frame banner.
o Work and follow up Media team to publish event promote video to TV channel and do PR
o Work and follow up with online team to post event promote video, event artwork in social media.
o Work and follow up with prize team to prepare prize for giveaway on concert event day.
o Work and follow up with sale team to transfer beer to concert location.
o Support event such: go to check location for install branding, list work of design task to agency, and final it with POSM manager, event team and supplier.
o Check and follow up campaign artwork from agency to print banner, change billboard, and frame banner.
o Contact sale and agency to find location for install billboard and frame.
o Corporate with sale team to produce premium item to put on restaurant.
o Check and analysis with competitor to build up brand image.
4. Graphic Design
o Prepare artwork for event such as logo, artwork KV, draw floor plan, mock up branding.
o Prepare material for printing with supplier such as banner, frame banner, billboard skill, invitation, T-shirt, helmet skill, truck paint, leaflet, booklet, parasol, umbrella.
o Prepare artwork design for company profile such as can label, cartoon, and ring pull.
