Phnom Penh City · April 2011 - October 2014 Job Responsibilities:
• Association Management
o Assist Membership Services Manager in preparing the Strategic Business Plans of the association
o Attending regular meeting: Staff Meeting, Management Meeting
o Assist Membership Services Manager in organizing national conference/ workshop with main stakeholders and broadcasting to public through newspapers, magazine, and economic bulletin.
o Consult with technical advisor, Membership Manager and Management Team to deal with Issues/conflict of interests/problems.
o Proven ability to establish credibility and maintain and develop good business relationships with high profile suppliers and internal customers.
• Operation Management
o Assist Membership Services Manager in developing the marketing materials (Newsletter, Annual Report, Leaflet...etc.) for the association
o Working with IT Department in controlling the association’s website to ensure that it is regularly and properly updated
o Assist Membership Services Manager to the membership Team receiving an orientations, and capacity building fairly, effectively, and efficiently both Phnom Penh Team and Siem Reap.
o Participate in external network meetings, workshops and/or trainings in and out of country.
o Set up the plan to control and monitor the strategies and activities of the team to achieve.
• Membership Management
o Ensuring the quality of membership services such as Legal Services, Information dissemination, Business Net Working, research and publication up to date.
o Coordinate and facilitate Human Resource Club, CEO Lunch, Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Business Net Working.
o Promoting the Membership such as Identify Company, sending proposal, Call follow up, Meeting, Revise Application form, Record the list of new member and Make announcement to Board and Team Members.
o Selling Logo advertisement and seeking sponsorship.
